*Philippine Coliseum Maybe?*
I actually heard someone in the past ask, “Why has the Philippines never hosted the Olympics?”. Well buddy, I know you may think that it would be fun and there would be fiestas galore when they come here but we don’t exactly have the VENUE and the staggering production team and monetary funding needed for this very BIG and special event. I may be wrong and maybe the Philippines would be able to hold it after 50-1000 years. We never know.
What we need is a Roman Coliseum. Okay kidding. We do have an Araneta Coliseum but it’s a bit wee small for an event still. Something similar to it like when you’re buying Mohegan Sun Arena Tickets or Ohio State Buckeyes Football Tickets. No wonder American football, and even normal football (soccer) never got in the Philippines. This is kinda weird because the Philippines is supposed to be an agricultural country that has oodles and oodles of land and fields.
It’d be great to have this though. Imagine the humongous productions that we can do! Like a swan lake show or huge concerts that features a lot of international singers! I’m sure that there’d be more tourists coming here.
But for the mean time, we better stick to a place like where we can purchase Toyota Center Tickets or our Araneta Coliseum because of lack of funding. Anyway, life is more important than entertainment even though we don’t think likewise usually.
