*Kids Stuff*

What’s the first step to being a mother? Pardon if I’m only 19 and already asking these questions but I’m a curious girl and I love kids (most of the time haha). To all mothers out there, what did you first get for your child?

I think that educating and fulfilling the basic needs of one’s child are the most important things so I’d definitely shop for clothes and some educational toys. Toddlers need fun so toys are definitely an option. Good thing ShopWiki has everything (and I mean everything) from kid’s computers, books, educational software, little school supplies (I love kids when they’re at nursery age!), gadgets (the little tykese these days are techies) to clothes, hats, beanies, slippers and more! So I’d definitely get from there. But I would definitely raise kids with outdoor activities even if I’m a techie buff. I want them to be physically active and in tune with nature still! haha :D

What do you think? Maybe it’s just me wanting to have a smart and nice kid. I find this trait lacking now in the world….

  2. And yet it’s odd, because technology can also cripple someone’s mentality and outlook on the world. When technology can do everything for someone what is there left for them to do?

    Tech toys/gadgets for education is great, but if kids aren’t exposed to traditional learning as well it could just make them into handicapped future citizens. Balance is key. :)
