Phew! I was thinking hard of what animals that start with letter F because there are so many wonderful animals that start with letter F! Imagine you have fireflies, foals, foxes, etc but I settled on flamingos because they are such lovely creatures. Plus I wanna say hi to my friend Meredith! :D haha She’s just the most avid fan of flamingos.

I have finally opened my MINI BLOG AWARDS: DESIGNER PANDA! It’s I think a very awesomer award where you people, can design your very own panda! I’ll be giving both shirts *blognerd and geek shirt* to the Winner PLUS A BEAUTIFUL Illustration from Dayna who is such an AWESOME designer! Promise, you’ll love her illustration. So please do join! I remember that some of you have hinted interest in this! :D

Tricia and I have proposed THE BLOGGERS’ CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE PROJECT! :D Bloggers all over the world may join in and send letters/gifts to one other blogger that you will choose based on their codenames! Just sign up here and include a codename that has totally no relation to your site or real name. Around first week of December, we will be releasing the complete list of members (using codenames). We have decided that 5$ would be the minimum amount for a Christmas gift.

Feel free to spread the word so a lot of bloggers may join the fun and craziness! This project is the brain child of Tiff K and Tricia :D

Only two more days until second semester starts and I’m frankly not excited about it. I’ll probably toss and turn in bed on Sunday night because of this anxiety. I feel like my sembreak wasn’t fulfilling or anything. But I did have a lot of fun though. Could have been loads better. First off I was able to get in La Salle (another university here in Manila that has FRIGGING STRICT RULES FOR VISITORS) along with my best buds last Nov. 5! Too bad Chair couldn’t go :( I think my friends are even blacklisted now, because our “museum excuse” didn’t cut out for it because instead of staying for only 40 minutes, we stayed there for over an hour! Oopsie… Going home was exciting too because Daynee and I had to take the MRT, alas again the klutzy ol’ me was almost crushed by the MRT doors AGAIN. I was first “almost crushed” by LRT 1′s train doors so I only need to be crushed in LRT 2 then I would have a collection of klutzy memories! Woe is me! The MRT doors were hard to push open though and force myself inside as the train was moving… really why do trains like leaving me?

in the Land of the Green!

Had fun yesterday too! I got FREE ATENEO LIMITED EDITION SMART BROADBAND USB! They were giving them away to the first 300 students who were able to register and validate their IDs. Even before this, I so wanted a broadband USB so I could be online ANYWHERE as long as I have a laptop and then this free ad caught me eye! Man it took a long process though! Unfortunately forgetful-me forgot to bring a celphone so I had to find a Smart (one of our telecommunication giants here) sim card and a phone to boot so I’d be able to register. Good thing they were giving out free sim cards too! And this is what I got!

The met up with the foreign exchange students at our school so that we could orient and tour them around! I’m a member of the student exchange council of our school and we got to get buddies! I was paired with Choi and also Jessica (both from Korea) because my first buddy wasn’t there (Austrian). Got to mingle with thee German dudes, 2 French dudettes, 2 Chinese dudettes, and the Spanish lot! XD haha The Spanish lot were soo funny! Too bad can’t go to their party today :( Aww man. Am excited to meet them around campus in 2nd semester! :D I’m so stupid for forgetting to take a picture with them. *smacks head* :wah howell

    I think it's so cool that you do so much networking, all the contests and the Christmas thing and everything. You should definitely work as a PR assistant or something similar, something where you get to plan a lot of things and take care of everything, you seem like you really enjoy it! That's so cool :)
    You look so pretty in that 'The land of the green' picture! I really love your smile, it has a very original shape. Unfortunately I can't see the other pictures :( probably this internet connection.

  16. ahhhh… foreign exchange students are awesome. My friend is from Norway. Last year was a girl from Taiwan. :D My friend teased me that it is always exchange students that we become friend with. WTF, what is wrong with having friends from different countries? Isn’t that great? galing pa talaga sa ibang bansa. Sosyal!

    ahhhh… again… ahhhh. German and French! You know naman na I live in Miami and this place is pretty much diverse! Everyone is from another country! But I still can’t get enough from the really tall handsome dude from Germany! HOT!

  18. i was at st. benilde last saturday and yes, they have “FRIGGING STRICT RULES FOR VISITORS”. it took a while before i was able to come in. when i was about to leave, they had to inspect my bag. i forgot to “check-in” my laptop so somehow i had a feeling that they thought i stole it. it was nerve wracking… umm
