Did you guys notice the heart pixel with a plus sign and a number beside the post title? Well now you can LIKE my posts just like in Facebook! Mine is jailbroken so you most likely these are paid apps.

It’s that time of the year again when I, along with a few other people, would say the exact same words…. I have become BUSY ONCE AGAIN! And this time I’m not joking. I used to joke around and be like some pretentious fool *thus the title, I chose Porpoises because I’ve always wanted to say that, and include that in some story of mine. Porpoises is such a unique name! :D* and say I’m busy so sorry for not updating for a long time. In reality, I’m just being a lazy git but now I’m serious, think JOKER serious *okay what an oxymoron* and I am swamped with org activities, school activities and personal life. I’ve noticed I’ve been neglecting my doggies and I need to spend some time with them including training our african gray parrot Buffy to say weird things (he knows how to say my name, good morning, bark, ohayou, okaeri and loads already!), shower Fuzzy with affection and our 10+ dogs so it’s quite a task too.

I even had one day off from the internet and it was quite a relief to know that I can survive without the net for a few days. I’m even betting my friend that I can stay out of the online world for a month if I want to. I do love the great outdoors and I won’t be bored because I have my books (my first love) to help me cure boredom. But i think the consequence would be the amount of unread email T_T. I received about 100 unread e-mails on that day alone so acckk it isn’t easy to let go too.

So what I’m really saying is I’m sorry I won’t be updating that often or bloghop everyday (I bloghop using Bloglovin, my blog reader. Check it out, it’s very useful!) like I used to. I will still keep in touch with twitter mates and plurkmates and of course Tumblr is there. But I don’t visit it as much either. Well life goes on…

Enough about the sad part, let’s talk about some things! I made my first LOLZ Cat last week! I was so excited in showcasing this golden retriever puppy that we’re selling for a friend, that I took a picture that was worthy of a LOLZ Cat and I CAN HAZ pose! My blockmate gave me the idea and with just a few clicks in Photoshop, we have this:

Haha that’s Tricolor (again, we have such original animal names) on the left and the cute lil puppy on the right. The puppy’s almost sold but not quite! Anybody interested in a female golden retriever puppy? Email me :D

I need some help… I’ve already unveiled my wish list in my bucket list and I can’t help thinking of getting the Boshi Basiik hat myself (unless a kind soul would want to give me? haha!) because their summer sale is almost ending. But stingy me is telling self, “what the heck are you going to do with this hat anyway? It won’t actually protect you from any ‘snow’ or cold weather so it’ll just be stuck at home”. I’ve been literally staring at their site for 3 years, debating again and again with the pros and cons of these hats. *Why are they just so dang expensive??* Well I need help, do you think it’s worth it? I’ll be deciding in 3 days (their summer sale ends next week), if anybody wants to buy it with me or buy another hat, let’s do it in one order so that we’ll save shipping fees. I also need opinions, these are the hats I’ve liked :D

  21. I can survive without internet too. There are days where it just seems to boring to get on. And since I’ll be leaving to Cambodia soon, I won’t have much chances to go on the internet (even though they have internet cafes all around). Besides, it’s a vacation. Being on the internet is a waste of vacation time! Since I’ll be leaving a “fare well” blog entry, I won’t be worrying about you and other visitors. When I’m gone, I’m gone. :P

  29. It can be surprising how relaxing it might be to stay off the net for a day or so. :) But being swamped with e-mails as soon as you get online again isn’t as relaxing. :(
