Going Rogue
Okay everything takes a back seat now as an inspiration hits me. I think watching Swoozie’s Youtube videos all day did it. I decided I wanted to be a thug too. A vagabond of some sorts who doesn’t conform with the system (HAHA now reminds me of Lonely Island’s Throw it On The Ground but not exactly) and goes AGAINST the flow. I’ve been seeing a lot of people posting about ThoughtCatalog (a site… where they post thoughts. Well a help site? I’m not sure coz I don’t dwell much there) and I have resisted the urge to read it. Maybe it’s because the themes there are very similar to the books I have read (one author sounds VERY much like John Green. Very Looking for Alaska). Or maybe it’s because it sounds like something that would have appeared in a magazine (well their About Page did say they are writers from Maxim and so and so). Or maybe I just didn’t like the title thought catalog :/ I don’t really know!
I think it’s just a feeling that everyone has especially when they’ve had enough of people saying “OH THIS IS SO GOOD YOU GOT TO TRY IT.” It’s like going against movie blockbusters just because of the MASSIVE AMOUNT of people who keeps on going “YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS! BEST. MOVIE. EVER!” and you go rogue and watch Indie/Art films instead (in spite of not understanding them most of the times). Don’t you just ever get that feeling?
It’s a thought that I want to catalog in my blog. Just saying
*fails at joke*
Who’s Swoozie you ask? Well watch these videos and BE AMAZED. (Now don’t go rogue on me!)
