Salads, Are They Really Good Enough?

Well it’s 12 midnight and my stomach is currently rumbling and screaming for food. It’s quite abnormal to think that I just ate 2 hours ago to appease it, but now it’s still grumbling. Ever since I stopped exercising I’ve started to gain a bit of weight again and this is insane. I’m really quite frustrated. I know that dieting works though but I think a whole lifestyle change is in order if you really want to look great and get that beach body. It takes commitment and determination and… apparently a lot of free time.

But don’t let me dishearten you! You can change bit by bit and it’s always great to start with your diet. I’m not talking about starving yourself or what. You could probably eat salads for a week to start your detoxification. But are they really enough? Well of course they aren’t because you really need more nutrients. Salads aren’t also good if you put a lot of dressing on it such as caesar dressing or one thousand islands dressing. You’ll just pile calories on top of each other and your diet would be wasted.

But trying these gluten free salad dressings wouldn’t hurt. I mean they are perfect for vegans who don’t like anything that comes from meat or great for those with allergies. I think that it’s great there are a lot of alternatives out there for those who want to diet but still get the best of everything. One doesn’t have to compromise tastiness for health! You can have good food even when dieting. This really looks like a good idea.
