I pity those who want to stop smoking but cannot because of their addiction.
Case in point, my dad.
He has been telling my mum for 23 years how he is going to change and stop smoking. First because it was the marriage. Then came my brother. Then came me. Then came a lot of things and guess what, he still hasn’t stopped. He has lessened his intake though and I am proud that he still continuously tries for our sakes.
So I ventured out to help him, maybe an Electric Cigarette would help besides nicotine patches? But I think what would really really work is just faith.
Or getting pregnant in case of my mum’s friend. I hope my dad stops. I really do.
