The US recession happened. Disasters struck. Hurricane Katrina swooshed and left. Typhoon Ondoy scooped up thousands of automobiles just like newborn infants and drowned them in the murky rainwater and mud.
In short. Cars were flipped over and tuned out therefore they all need repairs.
When I went out to get my package at the post office despite the terrible aftermath of Ondoy, I saw the damage that it had done. Cars were milling in by the minute to the point that these auto repair shops had to turn some of them down because of the lack of capacity and manpower. The Honda Civic repair shop was full to the brim. Their head gasket and wheels and brakes and what have you needed replacements. You needed a lot of Los Angeles auto repair shops to remedy this disaster.
I’m sure that this happened to those in New Orleans too. Now we know the vengeance of Mother Nature and how our mistakes can affect us in transportation, in shelter and in our food necessities. We must take precautionary measures now for these incidents.

nature is not harsh…its more like a poker faced mirror… no emotion, no life, no nothing…
yet it reflects everything we throw at it… and some times, like mirrors… its magnifies the things it reflects…
show nature kindness…and it will reflect the future…
